1) Full charge the speaker, hold the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons at the same for 2S to reset.

2). Turn off and on your device, and turn off and on the Bluetooth of your device.

3). Clear all the pairing records on your device.

4). Restart your speaker and reconnect them.

5). Try the speaker with different devices.
