1) Holding the Bluetooth button and Volume+ for 2S to reset.

2). Restart the connected device, then turn off and turn on the Bluetooth of the connected device.

3). Clear all the pairing records on the connected device.

4). Restart your speaker and reconnect them.

5). Pair your speaker with a different Bluetooth device to see if it pairs properly.
