1. Check to ensure your device's Bluetooth setting is enabled;
2. Make sure your device is within 1m (3ft) of the R100;
3. Clear bluetooth connection record on the mobile phone bluetooth list, and re-pair;
4.If it doesn't work, you can reset your earbuds.
