Let see how the tip is useful :
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (open the charging case cover to see if at least one LED is illuminated).
2. Check whether the AirWings on the earbuds are blocking the charging pins.
3. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water.
4. Put the earbuds into the case correctly and charge the case and earbuds via the included charging cable for at least 10 minutes.
